This agreement is a legal contract between you and SakuraCat VPN (the “Service Provider”) regarding downloading, installing, and using the mobile acceleration application (the “App”).

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you understand and agree to this agreement. Please read it carefully before use. Unauthorized copying, modification, trademark misuse, reverse engineering, source-code extraction, text translation, or derivative development is prohibited. Intellectual property rights related to the App are legally held by the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees and will communicate material changes in a reasonable manner. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality and should avoid jailbreaking or rooting devices when doing so may weaken system protections.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. During use, you may also be subject to those partners’ respective terms of service.

Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for unavailability caused by device arrears, data limits, weak signals, carrier policies, or network conditions in your region. Use outside Wi-Fi or while roaming may create carrier data charges, and you are responsible for confirming fees and billing authorization.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. Device battery depletion, operating-system permission limits, or third-party platform policy changes may affect availability. We work to provide accurate routing information, but some data may come from third parties or real-time network conditions and is not a guarantee of continuous availability. For compatibility and security, the App may release updates periodically, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the legal right to adjust or terminate service; after termination, you must stop using and delete the App.
